Our field team carried out an on-site quality inspection of a fresh lychee batch ahead of shipment, covering size, weight, sweetness, and internal fruit quality — giving our client full confidence in the batch before it left the supplier's site.
The batch was laid out in perforated crates for visual inspection across a full spread of skin colour and ripeness.

Individual fruit diameter measured against a standard sizing gauge (22mm–34mm) to confirm size distribution.

Sample lots weighed on a calibrated digital scale to verify weight and unit price consistency.

A digital refractometer measured sugar content (Brix %) across samples to confirm sweetness within the expected range.

Fruit cross-sectioned to assess flesh-to-seed ratio, an important indicator of premium lychee grading.

Fruit sorted into three categories based on size, skin condition, and ripeness.

Perforated packing crates measured to confirm dimensions meet packing and logistics requirements.
