Independent, on-site inspection of your goods before they ship โ so problems are caught at the factory, not after your container has already left.
A Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is an on-site quality check carried out after production is complete and goods are packed for export, but before the shipment leaves the factory. Our inspector physically visits the facility to verify that what was ordered is what was actually produced โ checking quantity, appearance, function, packing, and labeling against your specification.
It's the last checkpoint you have before your money is tied up in a container on the water. For buyers sourcing from China, Thailand, or elsewhere in Asia without a local team on the ground, PSI is how you get eyes on your order without getting on a plane.
Once a container is sealed and on a vessel, your options for fixing a defect are expensive and slow. PSI moves that discovery point back to where it's still cheap and fast to act.
A neutral third party checks your order โ not the factory grading its own work.
Catch issues at the factory, where fixes are fast and cheap, not at your door.
Time-stamped photos of every check, kept on file for your records.
Inspections are typically scheduled and completed within 48 hours of request.
You share order details and specification; we schedule with the factory.
Our inspector arrives at the factory once production is complete.
A statistically valid sample is pulled per AQL sampling standards.
Visual, functional, measurement, and packing checks are performed.
A detailed report with photos and a recommendation is sent to you.
Every PSI covers the following, adapted to your product category and specification.
Carton and unit counts checked against your PO.
Sample size and defect tolerance set by international AQL tables.
Workmanship, finish, color, and appearance checked against approved samples.
Products tested for basic function where applicable (power-on, mechanism, fit).
Dimensions and weight checked against spec sheet tolerances.
Stitching, welds, seams, and assembly quality reviewed by hand.
Inner box, master carton, and export packing checked for damage risk.
Barcodes scanned on-site to confirm they match the printed numbers.
Carton markings, care labels, and country-of-origin info checked.
Every stage photographed and time-stamped for your records.
A clear recommendation so you can decide before the container is sealed.

We handle sourcing, inspection, and logistics together โ one point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors.
